The processing capacity is 2 tons/hour to 50 cubic meters/hour, which can be customized according to user needs. The production cycle is to be determined after negotiation.
High-efficiency dissolved air flotation machine is a solid-liquid separation equipment commonly used in the sewage treatment industry. It can effectively remove suspended matter, grease, and colloid substances in sewage and is the main equipment for the early stage of sewage treatment.
Equipment composition:
The main body of the equipment is a rectangular steel structure. The main components are composed of a dissolved air pump, an air compressor, a dissolved air tank, a rectangular box, an air flotation system, a sludge scraping system, etc.
Equipment advantages:
1. Small bubbles: The bubbles are small, with a particle size of 10-50um, and the flocculants are firmly attached, which can achieve a good flotation effect.
2. The amount of flocculant used is small, and the cost is reduced.
3. Good effect: The content of suspended solids in the effluent can be lower than 20mg/L.
4. One-button start, unattended, and digital service can be realized.
Working principle:
The dissolved air tank produces dissolved air water, which is released into the water to be treated through the releaser under reduced pressure. The air dissolved in the water is released from the water to form tiny bubbles of 20-40um. The microbubbles combine with the suspended matter in the sewage, making the suspended matter less than the water, and gradually float to the water surface to form scum. A scraper system is provided on the water surface to scrape the scum into the sludge pool. Clean water enters the clean water tank from the bottom through the overflow tank.
Application range:
1. Used to remove suspended solids, grease and various colloids in sewage, such as sewage treatment in industrial enterprises such as petrochemical, coal mining, papermaking, printing and dyeing, slaughtering, brewing, etc..
2. Used to recover useful substances, such as: collection of fine fibers in papermaking white water.
3. Industrial water reuse, reclaimed water reuse.
